Step2gether is a small fitness studio where we give fitnesslessons, powerwalklessons and bootcamplessons by our three trainers, Helen, Robert en Claudia.
Because we give lessons in a small group, we can garanty individual coaching. We looked specific at the holding and technic skils by doing the excercises.
In the future we will also training specific older people (70+)and people with chronic disaeses. (Obese , Diabetes and Rheuma). We wil make a preventive plan for each individu specific, so everyone can work at their healthy lifstyle!
